Households

The mission of the JPII Men’s Household at Christ the King is to form a deeper union with Jesus Christ to become the missionary disciples that God has created them to be. As sons of the Father, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, students in Household life are committed to living a deeply rooted relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church through prayer and the sacraments. Student Leadership

Student leaders are the hands and feet of Christ the King on LSU’s campus. They help plan, organize, and promote events to the larger community. There are many ways for you to participate in the mission of Christ the King. Applications release in the Spring Semester for the next school year. “I always loved to sing but it was my secret to keep. Jesus continued to pull me towards music ministry but I let my insecurities hold me back. It was during an intimate moment with Jesus at Tiger Awakening 70 that I felt He was so obviously wanting me to say yes to the call of music and my heart was changed. I made my way into joining an Alive team and after leading just one, I couldn’t believe I waited so long to say yes to this ministry. It’s an incredible experience to praise Him out loud for everyone to hear but to also literally be an instrument of His work. Thomistic Institute

The Thomistic Institute exists to promote Catholic truth in our contemporary world by strengthening the intellectual formation of Christians at universities, in the Church, and in the wider public square. View upcoming events for the LSU chapter here.

Throughout the year, CTK hosts guest speakers and religious visitors at our center. You are encouraged to come hear them speak and students can arrange one-on-one meetings with them. Visit our calendar to see who’s stopping by this semester.
